This PD features Cassie Stafford, the School Safety and Mental Health Team Leader from Willamette ESD. Cassie has first-hand experience managing crisis communications: from responding to student suicide, to preparing for potential ICE activity near schools, to crafting clear, compassionate messages that help a community feel supported instead of overwhelmed.
