The OSPRA Fall 2019 Conference will be held at the historic Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, Oregon.

We have a fabulous lineup of speakers, sessions and workshops lined up. NSPRA Northwest Regional Vice President Curtis Campbell will be presenting. Ameerah Palacios and Trinette Marquis will keynote. The agenda also includes breakout sessions and hands-on workshops.

Conference Hotel Information
We have a block of rooms reserved at the conference hotel. Reservations must be received by Friday, September 20, 2019.

You can also reserve your room by calling the hotel directly at 888-795-4545 and requesting special group rates for the Oregon School Public Relations Association.
Ashland Springs Hotel is also offering discounted rooms at their sister property, Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites. The queen - queen rooms there would be $159/+tax a night.
Since we know budgets are tight and to better accommodate our members, we have made arrangements with the Stratford Inn, which is 2-3 blocks away from the conference hotel, as an overflow hotel. While they are not "holding" a block of rooms for us, they have agreed to give OSPRA members a reduced rate of $125+tax/night and they do have plenty of rooms available. When you call to book your room, tell them you are with the Oregon School PR conference. Their number is 541.488.2151. Since they are not holding a block of rooms for us, if you are interested in this option, you may want to book sooner, rather than later.
